You may contact us by phone, email (info@amylawoffice.com), or through our website inquiry form. If calling, please leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and a brief description of your immigration matter. We return calls only to those who leave a voicemail, typically within 1–3 business days. Please briefly describe your current immigration status and the immigration benefit you are seeking. General inquiries that simply state "immigration help" may not receive a response.

Free 10-Minute Case Evaluation

We offer a complimentary 10-minute case evaluation for new inquiries to determine whether our office may be able to assist with your immigration matter. The free evaluation is limited to one applicant, one matter, and one time only. It does not include legal advice, case strategy, document review, or follow-up questions.

Additional questions, follow-up inquiries, requests for legal advice, case strategy discussions, or document review require a paid consultation. Repeated requests for free evaluations or legal advice regarding the same matter may not receive a response.

Attorney Consultations

Consultations are available by appointment only and are conducted by phone or Zoom. We do not offer in-person consultations or accept walk-ins.

Consultation Fees

  • 40-minute consultation: $150

  • 60-minute consultation with document review: $350

The document review consultation is recommended for cases involving prior filings, denials, RFEs, NOIDs, criminal history, or other complex issues. If our office is retained for the matter discussed during the consultation, the consultation and/or document review fee may be credited toward the legal fee.

Service fees are firm and non-negotiable. We reserve the right to modify our service fees at any time without prior notice. We thank you for respecting our office policies and procedures, which help us provide efficient and focused service to all clients and prospective clients.
