Initial Case Evaluation
For a general case evaluation, please complete the online inquiry form or email us directly at info@amylawoffice.com. When reaching out, please briefly explain your current immigration status and the specific visa or green card option you are seeking. Requests stating only "immigration" may not receive a response.
Case-Specific Consultation with an Attorney
If your case requires a more in-depth evaluation, please schedule a paid consultation with an attorney. Consultations are available by appointment only and are conducted by phone or Zoom. We’re currently unable to accommodate walk-ins.
Our consultation rates are as follows:
$100 – 30-minute Consultation
$150 – 50-minute Consultation
$350 – 60-Minute Consultation with Document Review
(Please note: This option is not available if you are seeking a review of your self-prepared petition before filing.)
If our office is hired for the matter discussed during the consultation, your consultation fee will be credited toward the attorney’s fee.
