What Happens After I-130 Approval (Consular Process)? We’ve Got You Covered

Consular Processing Made Simple- How We Helped Our Client Get Documentarily Qualified

Our office was retained by a U.S. citizen to assist with the final stages of the immigrant visa consular process following the approval of the I-130 petition for their spouse. Recognizing that this process can be complex and difficult to navigate alone, we supported the couple throughout, including reviewing and submitting the DS-260, collecting and organizing civil and financial documents, preparing affidavits, and providing guidance on the joint sponsor application.

We managed the client’s CEAC portal, handling all uploads, submissions, and responses to NVC inquiries. At one point, the NVC mistakenly requested additional documents that had already been submitted. Our office promptly prepared a legal memo demonstrating the completeness of the prior submission and responded professionally when a second notice was issued in error. We followed up persistently and resolved the issue, ultimately receiving confirmation that the case is now documentarily qualified.

We expect the interview to be scheduled in the coming months and will continue to support our clients, including preparing them thoroughly for the visa interview. We remain hopeful for a successful outcome.

If you need help with your consular process, feel free to contact us. We would be happy to assist you.
