Plus Review Service ($1,200)

$1,200.00
Limit 1 per order

This service is for applicants with straightforward cases who have prepared their forms and supporting documents and want a final attorney review before filing. Even a small, preventable mistake can lead to a denial or other complications. Having a licensed immigration attorney review your packet before filing can help identify issues early and avoid the added expense of addressing them after a denial.

  • Plus Review Service ($1,200)- Includes everything in Basic Review Service, plus a follow-up call of up to 30 minutes to clarify the report and confirm your understanding.

Attorney Amy Chung directly reviews your submitted packet and prepares a written report. You receive the following if you are engaged with the document review service:

  • A thorough review of your completed forms: thoroughly reviewing every page and entry.

  • Identification of missing supporting documents: including evidence you may have overlooked.

  • Identification of errors that could affect your eligibility: including minor or major mistakes that may be missed.

  • A written report of findings: explaining what needs correction and why.

  • One follow-up call of up to 30 minutes (Plus Review Service only).

*Forms covered in the document review service: Form I-130, I-130A, I-485, I-765, I-131, and one I-864.

*An additional $150 applies if your case involves assets, a joint sponsor (an additional I-864), or an additional household member (I-864A).

*This is a limited-scope review service. That means you prepare the forms, gather supporting documents, make the corrections, and submit your application to USCIS. Application preparation, filing, and ongoing representation before USCIS are not included.

How It Works

  1. Pay the service fee. Payment may be made by Zelle or credit card. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.

  2. We will send you a link to your secure, individual portal.
